車体生産設備製作の流れ
生産ラインの構想から、3D-CADによる、設計・シミュレーション、CAMからの自動加工などの製作。仮設トライアルにて自動運転、溶接動作、耐久運転、作業性、安全性を確認。現地への据付、立ち上げ、オペレーター指導など、一貫して行います。
Flow of car body production equipment manufacturing
From the conception of the production line, design and simulation by 3D-CAD, and automatic machining by CAM. Automatic operation, welding operation, endurance operation, workability, and safety are confirmed in temporary trials. Installation at the site, start-up, operator training, etc.
