私たちはマツダ株式会社の一次協力会社として、自動車メーカーの車体生産ラインや、それに必要な溶接治具を製作してきました。
主に自動車ボディの車体組立溶接ラインを手掛けており、設計、製作、制御、据付、メンテナンスまで、幅広くサポートしています。

What we can do for you
As a primary subcontractor of Mazda Motor Corporation, we have been manufacturing car body production lines for automobile manufacturers and the welding jigs necessary for them.We are mainly involved in auto body assembly and welding lines, and provide a wide range of support from design, fabrication, control, installation, and to maintenance.We meet the demands of all customers who need these technologies with our people, technology, and experience.
生産設備製作
車体生産ラインや溶接治具を主に製作しています。３Ｄシミュレーションや仮設トライアルを行い、完成度の高い製作を心がけています。
We mainly manufacture car body production lines and welding jigs, and try to achieve a high level of perfection through 3D simulations and temporary trials.
技術と設備
3D-CAD/CAMによる設計・シミュレーションや自動加工、職人の加工技術や各種設備で製作体制を整えています。
We have a manufacturing system in place with 3D-CAD/CAM design and simulation, automated machining, artisanal machining techniques and various equipment.
